The outlook to the bay was fabulous. It was very private and nestled in bushland. The cottages were well designed and very comfortable. Our meal at Taylor's Restaurant was great.
The 'hot' tub was dirty and cold. Despite the fact that I informed staff twice about this, it wasn't rectified during my two night stay. Very disappointing.
Beautiful location very clean cabins.
Staff wrere very helpful with assisting me with a motor vehicle problem.
Excellent location , very friendly and helpful staff and management they make you feel welcome .I wish we could stay longer. Delicious breakfast .Thank you for your hospitality ,keep doing a good job. Once again thank you .
The environment atmosphere history and friendliness
The scenery and view from our Chalet was breathtaking!! The stewed pears for breakfast were delicious and I would love the recipe if I may please.
Restaurant not being open for dinner. The lounge was very uncomfortable it had no support on one of them and it caved in, in the middle.
The beautiful natural setting, the cabin, the view from the restaurant at breakfast and its close proximity to port arthur historic site etc. Also we found the staff at breakfast to be lovely. We would definitely stay here again :)
TV reception was poor, would have liked a bathtub and we would definitely have eaten there for dinner but restaurant wasn't open on a tuesday night. I understand that it was closed due to it not being peak season but we were a little disappointed not to eat there.
The space in the cabin accommodation
The arm rests on the couch in Chalet 3 need cleaning
Staying in a gorgeous little cabin in the bush, looking out to the bay and being walking distance to port athur historic site and spending quality time with my family
It is extremely well positioned within Freycinet National park. The staff is very friendly. Lodges are extremely quite and overnight full of animals
Contemporary, comfortable and the best place to stay when visiting Port Arthur
It was a bit cold, could not keep it warm. A fireplace would have been perfect
Closeness to the water and views into the bay. Very light and great views of trees and shrubs. Cabins are cosy and convenient to Peninsula trips, walks and drives. Good cabins for self catering.
No heating in bathroom, poor lighting over the stove for cooking and over the bathroom hand basin for shaving. Lounge/dining curtains need another drop.
Privacy was great, very relaxing, service and helpfulness was great
Really liked the accommodation and especially the setting which allowed a lovely secluded and relaxed atmosphere.
The Cabin setting, bush and sea side.Absolutely beautiful. Quiet, just so relaxing.Could have stayed for ever. Will deferentially be going back.
